Coding an Ocean Ecosystem

 

A 3D Exploration of the Underwater World

Inspired by the book Playground and a deep appreciation for the ocean, Ishita Gupta and I created Ocean Manta Rays—a 3D-rendered underwater scene capturing the beauty and depth of marine life. This project was designed and coded using Blender and Python. We implemented advanced ray tracing, volumetric lighting, and procedural texturing, bringing manta rays, corals, and fish to life with remarkable realism.
